2018-12-06 Satoshi Monitoring of Actuators shift all the actuators of all the 16 groups frequently at the same time and monitored actuator status. This time serial byte strings are recorded & the interval was changed to 1 mm.
2018-12-05 Satoshi Monitoring of Actuators shift all the actuators of all the 16 groups frequently at the same time and monitored actuator status. This time serial byte strings are recorded & the interval was changed to 4 steps.
2018-12-03 Satoshi Monitoring of Actuators shift all the actuators of all the 16 groups frequently at the same time and monitored actuator status. This time serial byte strings are recorded.
2018-11-22 Satoshi Monitoring of Actuators shift all the actuators of all the 16 groups frequently at the same time and monitored actuator status. Media:AMCStatus_Fukami_20181122.pdf
2018-11-20 Satoshi Monitoring of Actuators shift actuators of lower 6 groups frequently at the same time and monitored actuator status. Connections seem stable, but some (~10) actuators have stuck in the middle. some of those started to move when I sent 'P' commands to go close to the edge (~2 mm or ~33 mm) but the others didn't.
2018-11-16 Satoshi Monitoring of Actuators shift actuators of 7 groups frequently at the same time and monitored actuator status. Connections seem stable. Media:AMCStatus_Fukami_20181116.pdf
2018-11-14 Satoshi Actuator software improvement transfered CMOS pictures through OPCUA using UA expert (generic client) referring to Jean Luc's sample code.
2018-11-12 Satoshi Monitoring of Actuator Status monitored actuators while shifting actuators for one night (~12 hours). It was in the middle of the clouds and humidity was 100% at least for the first 3 hours.
2018-11-10 Satoshi Monitoring of Actuator Status monitored actuators while shifting actuators for ~2 hours. signal strengths look stable.
2018-11-09 Satoshi Actuator software improvement prepared code to monitor lengths, signal strengths and temperatures of actuators while shifting.
2018-11-08 Satoshi Actuator software improvement implemented the function "ApplyLUT" and made it work so that actuators go to the LUT positions by pushing "ApplyLUT" button in slave GUI.
2018-11-07 Satoshi Actuator software improvement extended layout of slave GUI to show status of all the actuators/CMOS of one group. created test LUT (look up table) file & extracted data from the file to show LUT status. Image: 200 pixels
2018-11-06 Satoshi Actuator software improvement implemented a function to shift all the actuators of one group and made it work.
2018-11-05 Satoshi Actuator software improvement I implemented functions for relative shift of actuators ('R/L/r/l' commands) besides absolute shift ('P' command) and made it work.
2018-11-03 Satoshi CMOS camera image inspection I kept all the CMOS cameras of one group (group 1) taking images for the whole night. I checked these images again, and confirmed all of the images of the group are now clear. The reason of blurred images is water and this problem can be solved by working cameras heavily.
2018-11-02 Satoshi CMOS camera image inspection I checked images of some cameras again and compared with the ones yesterday. I noticed that for some cameras images became clear. What is on the entrance windows should be water, and it evaporated within one day.
2018-11-01 Satoshi CMOS camera image inspection I checked images of all the cameras. There are 5 which cannot be seen. ~2/3 of 200 cameras have obscure images. As far as looking at cameras at the bottom, something like water drop is seen on front windows.
2018-10-30 Daniel, Eduardo, Satoshi Replacement of XBees of bad actuators Daniel and Eduardo climbed up in the dish to replace XBees of 9 actuators which are not seen from the beginning. We found the XBees inside the actuators are deformed. All of the 9 actuators started to be seen.

Trouble Shooting[edit]

Many Camera had unclear images because of water inside. Those images improved by heating up CMOS.

'P' (shift) commands are sent to all the actuators of one group (group 1) to shift them 18mm -> 10mm. One actuator (C367, (0,6,1axis)) did not move. After shifting this actuator to the opposite direction (18mm -> 25mm), it successfully went to 10mm.
