- Some of actuators have watertight belts so far from their tops that IF plates cannot be adjusted to the right positions vertically. We found ~10 with ~5 mm displacement out of 180. We replaced the belts with new ones (Martin brought ones used for MAGIC).

Tips[edit]

adjusting fixed points and actuators horizontally :

- When milling parts cannot move smoothly, you may have to loosen bolts fixing pentagonal spacers inside.

- We adjusted horizontal positions of fixed points with tail of a caliper.

- We adjusted vertical positions of actuators with a simple tool below.

- In case a watertight belt interferes, and 3-4 mm is enough to shift actuators farther, it is enough to cut the rubber sticking out.
