When checking the RTA for Perseus-MA, note that the pivot of the wobbles has no sources, The targets of these observations are actually NGC1275 and IC310, which are located at

 IC310   (RA): 3h:16m:43.0s, (Dec): +41:19:29

therefore, better to check the skymaps and look specifically at those two positions.
