Observational settings/limits

Standard wobble, observations at the lowest zenith angle preferred. In case of a 2 sigma hint in RTA (or if a 2 sigma hint in MAGIC online Analysis MOLA, when doing piggyback observations), please extend the observations as much as possible (up to ZA<60).
