 This science case requires multi-coordinate observations. These will be computed by the transient handler. 

Observational settings/limits

The observation settings are part of the scheduling algorithms in the transient handler. Parameters regarding observational settings are:

Max Zenith [deg] = 70

Night Sky Background = Dark/Grey

Wobbles = No Wobble.
